Stella is a woman who is in pain, and whose doctors’ don’t give her much time. Nick, her boyfriend, suffers from a newly-found disease called “manic depressive workaholism”, and his antagonist, Ares, is a man who secretly takes pieces from his lovers’ skin and keeps them in a box. Stella’s friends, Sara and Sasha, bicker over who is the most beautiful and thinner of them all, while also being utterly jealous of Ares’ infatuation for Stella. Their Doctors will tell you all about our heroes, but you should keep it a secret, as they are experimenting on them without them knowing. All these characters, make for a dark, almost absurdist, comedy that was written around Stella’s left breast, but extended beyond that, to her skin, her hair, and to the people around her.
